Refund policy

We have a 90-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read our refund policy carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging without any tampering. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your order must include everything that was received (user manuals, parts, and accessories).

Any return found to be opened, used, or have signs of damage will immediately void the refund/exchange.

Our return policy does not cover the change of mind or compatibility issues. Please carefully check to make sure your device will be compatible with our chargers and accessories.

 

Return

To start a return, you can contact us at help@samb.ltd with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Are the products opened and/or used?
  • What’s the reason you are starting a return?

Begin the return process within 90 days from the date of purchase. One of our customer care specialists will then begin the process of troubleshooting or helping you use the product according to our suggested use suggestions. The returned items should include all accessories and parts included in the box as delivered, any missing items will void the 90-day money-back guarantee.

 

After approval

If your return is accepted, you will need to send the product/s back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method and may take 1-2 weeks to show up on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
